Trusted Investment Castings Exporter In India
Investment casting is a popular method used in aviation manufacturing. The process creates turbine blades, engine parts, and other precision components that are intricate. Also its ability to work with advanced materials, such as titanium, makes it a perfect fit for this high-performance industry.
Here are the benefits of the investment casting method for aviation manufacturing:
- Delivers net or near-net shapes with tight dimensional control and a superior surface finish.
- Enables design consolidation for complex aerospace components.
- Ideal for aviation applications due to its ability to produce lightweight yet strong parts.
- Maintains required strength and fatigue life for critical components.
- Reduces machining time and simplifies assemblies.
- Offers a balance between performance and cost.
Aviation Components We Cast For You
You get parts designed to meet the demands of flight, such as those that withstand thermal stress, are fatigue-critical, and are safety-regulated. Each part is cast and often delivered fully machined and ready for integration into your assemblies.
Here are the aviation components we cast:
| Category | Components |
| Engine & Hot-Section Parts | Casings, Turbine housings, guide vanes |
| Rotating Components | Impellers, turbine wheels, compressor parts |
| Hydraulic & Fuel System Bodies | Manifolds, valve housings, and pump components |
| Landing & Airframe Hardware | Links, brackets, structural fittings |
| Control & Auxiliary Parts | Actuator housings, fittings, and precision brackets |
Materials & Alloys You Can Choose From
You’ll work with aerospace-appropriate alloys that match temperature strength, corrosion, and other requirements. All feedstock is sourced from certified mills and verified with spectrochemical analysis and material traceability before casting.
Check out the broad portfolio of alloys we handle:
| Raw Material | Grades | Advantage |
| Nickel Superalloys & High-Temperature Grades | Inconel family, CW grades | Withstand extreme heat and stress in aerospace and turbine components |
| Stainless Steels | 1.4408, 1.4581, CF3M | Corrosion resistance and durability for precision parts |
| Precipitation-Hardening Steels | 15-5 PH, 17-4 PH | High strength and toughness after heat treatment |
| Duplex & Super Duplex Steels | CD4MCuN, Gr.4A–6A | Excellent resistance to corrosion and fatigue |
| Cobalt Alloys | Stellite series | Outstanding wear and temperature resistance |
| Aluminum Alloys | A356, A357 | Lightweight with good mechanical strength for weight-sensitive parts |

How Do We Ensure Quality Control?
TurboCast builds quality into the process and documents it at every stage:

Certifications
EN9100, ISO 9001:2015, NADCAP (NDT & Welding). Commercial approvals: PED & AD 2000. (Nadcap Heat Treatment / Radiography in process.)

NDT & Testing
Dye penetrant (NADCAP), magnetic particle inspection (outsourced Nadcap where needed), computed radiography (from 2023), ultrasonic and radiographic testing, and hydrostatic testing up to 10,000 PSI.

Metallurgical Checks
Spectro analysis, microstructure, grain size, hardness & tensile testing.

Dimensional Control
CMM (Carl Zeiss 700 × 1000 × 600), contour measuring, roughness testing (Carl Zeiss).

Full Traceability
Batch-wise paperwork, heat numbers, inspection reports, and digital records are provided with every shipment.
